Not for DL380s
Lights Out is integrated to the mainboard and there is no default password.
If you lost the password tag, you can reset it by pressing F8 at boot time or from the OS with hponcfg.

Along with the servers, there should be some tags with the default password. default username is Administrator (I think it's case sensitive). When the servers boots up, there's a moment during POST where the ILO is detecte, just press F8 and you can configure a new IP Address, username and password (remember that it is case sensitive).
