My programs randomly crashes and I cannot install Adobe CS3

Hi,

a couple of days ago, my computer was restarting on and on and programs was crashing for no appearing reason. I reinstalled Windows XP (formatted my disc), but it didn't help. I then removed the dust inside of my computer in case that it could be causing cpu heating. This seems to helped, because my computer has restarted by itself only one time since the clean up, but the programs still quits with this error message "(program's name) has encountered a problem and needs to quit". I also try to install Adobe CS3 suite, and the setup button does nothing at all...

Any idea about what to do in this case ?
