i am loking for a driver for the following
Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16M.  this drive is insatlled in sony Vaio laptop. i need a driver for it. does anyone has one

You might not need driver if you caould give more information of your system and what problem you have?

you don't need drivers for an DVD drive; windows has generic ones for them.

The drivers are in Windows.
If the driver went bad just go into Device Manager and reinstall the driver.

Is the drive not showing in My Computer/Explorer?
Showing as "unknown" in Device Manager?
Not showing in Computer Management\Disk Management?

What's going on that you think you need a driver?

it say the windows cannot load the device driverr for this hardware. the driver may be corrupted or missing (code 39)
