Retrieve drivers before wipe?

Hey Guys,

I have an "IQON" that loops on xp splash screen, i tried doing a windows repair install but does not find previous windows installed.

Now i would wipe it only for its an IQON computer and the drivers are very very hard to find.

any suggestions on how to fix this?
