IT came with Vista Installed upgrading to use XP Pro
It has nVidia MCP67 High Defination Audio Controller
Conexant Cx20561

I tried those driver:

Received the error
Driver Installation Failed: Could not find the MEDIA device for this driver.

I got it working needed to force the drivers

You may need the MS UAA driver,this needs to be installed before the audio drivers.
