IBM Thinkpad A22e Drivers

I have installed Windows 2000 Professional on a IBM Thinkpad A22e 2655ODU with a Celeron Processor.

After installing Windows 2000 Professional some of my hardware has lost it drivers and I have been unable to find any suitable drivers for them.

The current hardware items I have issues with are:

Multimedia Audio Controller
Ethernet Controller
Unknown Device
PCI Serial Port

Where can I find the standard driver load for this Thinkpad? I have tried using IBM.com & LENOVO.com but have been unable to locate the correct driver. What I do find on their sites don't seem to be working with what I have.

There has been no NEW hardware put on the Thinkpad. Everything is OEM.
