With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.
The Grade of the Solution
The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
The Number of Author and Expert Comments
The Number of Experts Contributing
The Feedback of the Community
Your Input Matters Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

ok well it looked as if this was just an OEM generated description but in your original post it said " Do I have to uninstall my other card." This made me think you had another aftermarket card installed in either a pci slot or PCIe slot. So you are just using the onboard graphics. I still need to know if your new card is pci or Pcie though. In any case, your power supply is a little on the lite site by modern standards but it will be sufficient for this card. As far as installation goes, do not fear a graphics card installation any more then you would a sound card. it is just another plug it in situation. You will likely need to disable your onboard graphics but that is why I was asking what slot your new card went it and if you had already purchased it or not.
K good then you might not have to even disable the on board video. this should be just as simple as open case, install the card, plug in the additional power supply to the card if it requires one, boot machine and install the driver package from nvida. Should be plug and play with no problems. follow basic precautions and use a grounding strap to avoid static discharge
