I am attempting to set up two monitors (1600x1200) on my new Dell computer. The video card in the computer is a ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO 256 MB card. It has a DVI out put and a S cable output. I tried a split DVI cable from the DVI output of the card to both the monitors and it did not work, neither screen would even turn on. I tried dvi to one monitor and s video to the other, the dvi gave me the full resolution of 1600x1200 but the s video cabled monitor gave me a max of a much smaller resolution (1024x800 or something like that) and the picture was extremely blurry.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
