Need video card that supports 1366x768 resolution and will work with 200W Power Supply

This is an easy one (hopefully)... :)

I need to connect a computer to a widescreen LCD TV that has a native resolution of 1366x768.  I had a GeForce 5500+ video card that supported custom resolution timings and was able to set it to 1368x768 (which prevented everything from being distorted).  Unfortunately, the card finally died and I need to replace it.

I am looking to upgrade and want other opinions.  So, here's what I want...

- AGP 8x
- 512 MB
- DirectX 9.0c (or higher) native support
- Custom resolution OR already has a setting for widescreen TVs.
- Needs to be readily available (new) and not a "leftover".  I want to buy it from a reputable company and would prefer to go down to a local store to buy/order it.  (trying to support local businesses)
