This is the Biostar version of the board

As you can see it has an integrated graphics chipset (S3 UniChrome)
The onboard VGA drivers can be downloaded from here:
http://www.biostar.com.tw/
This assumes you haven't got a separate AGP graphics card (so you are using the VGA out socket shown in the first link) and that when you boot the PC you get "Biostar" come up.
