Only one monitor comes out of sleep mode

I have dual monitors on an Nvidia Quadro FX 550 video card. They are set to go into standby after 20 minutes. When the mouse is moved to get out of standby, only one monitor comes up. The other doesn't come back up unless I reboot. Workstation has the most current chipset and BIOS installed. The workstation model is a Dell Precision 390. I have multiple users with this same setup and no issues.
