Browse All TopicsI have an IBM Thinkcenter computer with on-board Intel 82865G graphics controller and a LG LCD display W1952TQ. The native resolution of the monitor is 1440x900. I have installed the driver files from LG web site (downloaded today), so Windows tells me I have a LG W1952(analog) on Intel(R) 82865G graphics controller in display properties. The driver I have for Intel is the one I downloaded from their web site recently, and is version 6.14.10.4396. Running Windows XP Pro SP2.
I cannot set the resolution in display properties to 1440x900. I have only 1400x1050 (display looks awfull) and the next setting is 1600x900 (display is better, but still sucks). if I list all modes, the 1440x900 is not listed.
Is the Intel suppose to support 1440x900 resolution ?
Do I need to get another monitor or another graphic card ?
Thanks
