What are the correct video drivers to use for my HP IQ524 using VirtualBOX OSE?

I have an HP IQ524 TouchSmart PC.  The computer OS is Ubuntu 10.10.  I've installed VirtualBox OSE and there I'm running an instance of Windows XP Pro 32bit.  My question is this, what are the drivers I need to download?  From my online research it appears I have either an Intel Video card or an Nvidia 9300M.  I do no know how to check to see which card I have.  I've tried both drivers to no avail.  For the Intel driver I used this link.  Thanks in advance.

Thank you.  However, I don't know what that is.  Today is my first experience with virtual machines.  I assumed I needed the driver because games were choppy (simple pogo/shockwave racing type games) and an ? in device manager stating video drivers weren't installed.
Your host PC uses the nVidia GeForce 9300M graphics card, but you must use the Virtualbox Guest Additions for the Windows XP VM.

In the "Devices" menu in the virtual machine's menu bar, VirtualBox has a handy menu item named "Install guest additions", which mounts the Guest Additions ISO file inside your virtual machine. A Windows guest should then automatically start the Guest Additions installer, which installs the Guest Additions into your Windows guest.
