Intel 1130 rev 4 BIOS?

I have a user and his computer is freezing and displaying the following in the event viewer-

Event 4 ACPI: CPI BIOS is attempting to read from an illegal IO port address (0x71), which lies in the 0x70 - 0x71 protected address range. This could lead to system instability. Please contact your system vendor for technical assistance.

Microsoft TechNet indicates this means a BIOS update is needed. The following is the only information I was able to gather based on a scan from a website. Can someone help me find the BIOS for it, if possible?

You'll need to find out what model of Compaq it is then you can go to HP's website and check for an update. If you can't find the model# on the case try this.
