Hi everyone:
There is a problem with the startup. The PC doesn't start. The power light blinks, hardrive will not spin, makes some clicking noises. Several hardrives were used to test the PC booting process. The indicator lights in the back of the computer do not light as expected, and the fans seems to be working fine. The lights on the CD drive comes on briefly but doesn't stay on, and both the CD and DVD drives are locked and cannot be opened. After pluging in the PC, the power button will not work.
Motherboard indicator lights:
* There is a steady green light inside the PC, on the motherboard, which turns on when the PC is plugged in. In order to turned it off, the PC needs to be unplugged.
Power light:
* The green light on the power button is now always blinking yellow.
Could this be related to a deffective motherboard ? What can I do to restart this computer again?
