How to wake up HP DC7600 PC Machine on, but pings times out

Hi

Is there any software or method I can install remotely onto a machine, to send a wakeup call to a computer HP DC 7600,  that is turned on, but ping times out. I cannot gain physical access to the machine in question for some time. Think it is in "sleep" mode, looking for a solution where ideally dont have to install software on the remote machine in order for it to work, just my machine and send wakeup calls from this.

Quite urgent this, so points to be made to answer that fits the bill
