Dear Apachi

I found another website maybe help you to find what are you looking for

http://en.softonic.com/s/pc-tools

Good Luck
You can simply include all in one when using this integrated software which integrates all the LIVE CDs into one single & Bootable Flash disc that can be customized the way you like and you can update most of the integrated Antiviruses installed on it.

Please Check this link:
http://techgurulive.com/2009/09/04/how-to-integrate-multiple-antivirus-rescue-disk-into-one-single-usb-flash-drive/

You will only need a flash USB drive that's 4 Giga bytes, For optimization tools I would recommend few manual steps that you will do.
1- Change windows theme from XP to classic.
2- Right click my computer -> Choose Properties --> Choose Advanced --> Performance ( Settings )
Tick Adjust for best performance.
3- Clear Temp using CClear Program.
4- Disable any unimportant applications that are loaded on startup. ( using Msconfig from Start --> run ).
5- Check Schedule tasks list and remove if there are any not important ones too.

There's a program that I find very useful too and it really does improve computer performance which is (Regcure).

Hope these info are useful

Good luck
