The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck - Event ID 1001

Asked by cfcheepa in Operating Systems Miscellaneous, Printers, Personal Computers

Running a POS system that connsists of an IBM-4910-E4S box, Windows XP - SP3, Celeron 1GHz, 997MHz, 504MB RAM, Datalogic 2200VS scanner (Serial), Epson TM88IV Thermal Printer (USB), SAGEM EFTPOS Teminal (Serial). However we randomly have reboots where the computer just shuts off and restarts, there is no BSOD, just black as if the power has gone.
Mindump points to USB printer?? ANy advice would be great!!
