Asus P4S8X Motherboard "Beeps"

I just bought and Asus P4S8X board and it beeps on and off not from the case speaker but from something on the board itself.  I have checked everything regarding case and processor fans and system temperatures.  I have tried disabling these checks in bios and still no luck.  If anyone has any prior experience with these problems please give me your thoughts.

It sounds like a temperature warning to me.  If you just bought it and it seems to be malfunctioning return it and get one that works.  If all fans are turning at the proper speed and all temperatures are normal then you should assume the problem to be the mobo itself and return it.

Actualy I am in the process of getting a replacment motherboard from Asus.  On top of all the beeping the VCORE power for the +3.3V has been just out of the +/-10% range.  I found that problem not to be the power supply or a short but something on board.  However, after reading about some similar problems with the beeping I have the feeling that the two problems are unrelated.

By the way, the AWARD beep error code for video is one long beep followed by two short beeps.
Thanks for your help.  It turns out it was the video card after all.
