I'm interested in the electronic scheme of the motherboard. I want to know frequencies, voltages and currents there are on the mainboard and its tracks' paths.

The schematic you mean?
I doubt the manufacturer will give it to you outright. It's almost certainly considered intellectual property, and covered by patents.
If you really beg them and volunteer to sign a totally restrictive NDA (which will most likely have a no-compete clause meaning no jobs for any competators for X years) they might, by the hair on my chin, show it to you.
Chances are though there are only two ways that can probably get you what you want.
1. Dumpster diving. Head on over to motherboard_manufacturer_h
2. Instead of going illegal, let the tech break the law. Get buddy-buddy with one of the hardware engineers there, buy him a couple beers, then ask him if he'll show it to you. It probably won't be breaking the law, but he may get fired of it if he's caught.

Hello,
I think you should go to a Motherboard Manufacturers Website, of your choice. Select a Motherboard of your choice. Now if you download the Users Manual of the said Motherboard, you should be able to get the Motherboard scheme in that Users Manual along with lot more detailed information about it.
Hope this helps.
