Margarity,
The monitor is working fine with a ATI All-in-wonder pro and the card has been tested in another computer (rating 3050 points in a graphic card test sofware) and is working fine.
Thanks anyway

OK, the part in charge of the digital to analog is also responsible for the refresh rate. It is a problem with this part when the screen goes in and out and produces negative images. So try different (lower) refresh rates to see if any of them work. Since the card works in another computer, this is now likely either a driver issue or the part may still be defective at certain refresh rates.
From where did you get the drivers: from NVidia or from the card manufacturer?
At this point I'm still suspicious of the card more than the monitor. I really don't think it is a driver issue at all. It seems your monitor is more sensitive to the problem than the other test monitor. I assume the card is new so I recommend it simply be replaced under the warranty. I'm having to make all these assumtions without additional information such as: whether the two monitors are the same brand and model. Whether the card is new and did this from the start or worked perfectly for the last year and just started doing this. Whether there is any time lapse between when the system is first turned on and the monitor starts acting up. If there is a time lapse how long is it. If the monitor can be turned off while the computer is on and when turned back on whether the time lapse is there or if the problem starts immediately. Answers to all of these things will point more in the direction of the card or the monitor.
Margarity,
My monitor is a SyncMaster 753DF.
Yes the two monitors are the same brand and model.
Yes the card is new and have presented the problem since the first time it was installed.
No there are no time laspsed before the monitor starts acting up. Even in the login screen it is possible to notice a random behavior.
When the monitor is turned off while the computer is on and when turned back on there is no time lapse.
I beleive the problem must be related to the the agp slot of the motherboard I am using, for it is an Intel AL440LX and I dont know if the slot is as fast as the board, Could it be It?
Thanks

The inverted B&W gives it away; this is almost certainly a defective video card. Repair under warranty or simply replace.
Just to be 100%, have you tried a different monitor on this computer and this monitor in another computer?
