New P4, Asus P4P800 system - random reboots

Hi guys, first post! :)

Yesterday I built a new system (first time build!) and I am experiencing random rebooting which I think may be caused by heat.

First, here are the specs:

P4 2.4ghz 800fsb (standard fan)
Asus P4P800 Deluxe
2 x Kingmax 256mb ddr 3200
X-Micro Geforce 4 64mb Ti4200
Antec Lanboy case (with 350w smartblue power supply) *PSU adjusts its two fans to as fast as they need to go depending on heat
*no case fans atm

Seagate 60gig 7200rpm hdd
LiteOn 48x24x48 burner
A dvd-rom 'borrowed' from my brothers mac :)

Using the asus probe software, everything looks to be okay (as I'm typing):

CPU temp: 30º 86F
MB temp: 38º 100F
CPU Fan: 2360rpm
+12v: 12.099
+5v: 5.026
+3.3v: 3.296
VCore: 1.6

As I've typed this I have experienced three reboots - this is where the screen suddenly goes black, I wait about 3 seconds and the machine starts to boot up again (as if it were a cold boot - the vid card specs load)

It lasted about an hour tonight before rebooting and this was all just web browsing/email. After that it seems to reduce in time that it can run without rebooting - if lasted about 15 mins after the first reboot, then 10 mins, so I'm typing this as quick as possible! :)

If I load a game (bf1942) it lasts all of <5 mins before rebooting. But if I remove the side of my case it seems to last just a bit longer (but still reboots in bf1942).

So does it look to be a heat problem - maybe the vid card? HDD? hmmm.....

Any help is very much appreciated - let me know if you need any more details.
