Update the drivers of the cdrw.
It's possible your cdrw drive isn't recently enough to work with these cdrw's.

try windows built in burning software instead of Nero.  Personally Nero has so many problems that I can't stand to use it.
that would be fine with one pc i wil tray that
 feel dumd i didn't come up my self with that (;
but what to do with win2k ??
what version of Nero are you using?   Is it updated?  they might have fixed this problem with the new nero 6 or something like that.

try burning it in XP and the we can figure something out for 2000.
nero verisons are Nero-5.5.10.15a and 6 both are with lates updates

dam built in cd burnig for win xp dont work either )); (built in burnig works with 700 mb discs)
j

this is geting wierd );

keep posting i am working on acutansy program and tha minor bug is freeking me out cose i canot get my hand on it prperly
and i dont know answer either
I just want to make sure that you really have 800 MB disk.  Some disk that are labeled 800MB really can't handle 800 MB.  I think that this might be your problem.  Run to walmart and get some DVD disk and burn it to those.
hmm it will be wery hard to fin walmart here ((; ok ok i got the idea

this is going nowear

1:maybe i heve mised sotmhing in nero setings is thear(nero)   option that would prventing me to burn 800 mb disc
(at home i burnet cdr from the same pagage to 783mb's so it is 800 mb)
2: plz give me list of ather programs for burnig
 the progs must bee free , simple to use,and capable of the same actions as nero
i realy don't know any.  If you can not burn in using XP then i don't know.

i think the problem is with the nero burn settings... you need to set the capacity for that particular cdr to 800mb, when you are using 800mb disk.

please check it at "configuration" or "preferences" of the Nero burn software.. and set the capacity of the disk
