PC restart on its own

Hi all,

I'm running a AMD system and Windows 2000 Pro. Everytime i try to do a lot of things at once or maybe just try to run my game, my computer crashes to the "blue screen of death", dumps physical memory and auto restart. The PC works perfectly fine after that.

Now here's the weird part to figure, all i have to do before i run any of my games or what, I just have to restart my PC ONCE and the PC works fine after that with anything i do.

I've did umpteen virus scanning, upgrade my video card driver, reinstall windows, format my HDD and the problem still remains. So i'm pretty sure it might be a hardware prob. But what???
