Are you looking for a physical speaker, or are you looking for a software driver?  The standard OS installation should have a default software driver called "Legacy Audio Drivers".  Here are others: http://www.soundcard-drivers.com/companies/800.htm

I am looking for a speaker software driver.  If I put headphones in the headphone jack I hear sound.  Just no speaker sound.  No system beeps or anything.  I have all sound setting turned up

What are you using for speakers?  If your headphones work, it's not a software driver problem, because you wouldn't be able to hear anything at all in that case.  Look at the wires from the soundcard to the speakers, and the volume control for the speakers.

these are work computers and another person in the department has the same problem with the same computer.  The reason I think it is a driver problem is when I go to Device Manager > System Devices > System Speaker it says
No drivers are installed for this device.

What OS are you running?  Have you taken a look at the link http://www.soundcard-drivers.com/companies/800.htm ?

I looked at my home PC and the System Speaker driver is not installed either so I guess it is not that.  Do you think Dell would not include internal sound?
