Wrongly reported FSB speed
I have system with the following specs:
CPU: P4 2.8 GHz 800MHz FSB
Motherboard: Asus P4C800-E Deluxe
Memory: 2 x Corsair 512 Mb XMS 3200 DDR (Matched trwin)
When I run 3D Mark 2003 on this system I noticed that it reports the FSB speed as only 200 MHz.
What is going on here?

Boling is correct. FSB is a very confusing topic, due to memory manufacturers and cpu manufacturers coming up with their own terms.
If you go to your BIOS, you can check the multiplier and it if says 12, then you take 12 x 200 and you will get your speed.
I think your multiplier is 14 because 14 x 200 will give you your speed, which is 2.8 or 2800.
