I pretty sure the jumpes are not the problem because i tried as cable select and slave, so i have done this procedure several times in diferent machines.
One curiopus fact is that I installed well this HDD once and i formatted as NTFS and put my data on it.
But the next time i turned on the PC then suddenly appaered this problem.

Are you sure the jumpers are set correctly? If you can't connect it as a slave, there is very little hope for it except to get a quote from a company like Ontrack Data Recovery services. You might be able to rescue it if the problem is the controller electronics, in which case you can get an identical drive and swap the controller board from it. Otherwise, the only thing left is the expensive rescue.
