I have a drive for a driver

I am in serach for a pci card that hols 3 usb sockets. when I google the identifcation numbers found on the card itself, I am taken to mysterious shops that specify it but dont offer driver.

here are the numbers /s/n on the card
1)MC1368C  
   MULTI1
   94V-0

2)PCI-USBVIA6202-2

3)VT6202   (THIS IS THE CHIP)
