I support requests in at both Boundless and neoware... but the devices are at least 5 years old... support is lacking. I can't seem to find anything for resetting the pasword. There are articles describing how to rest the device to factory defaults. But the require getting in to the Configuration to do so.
On startup, I press F2 in get in to the configuration page. I am then prompted for a password. I don't know it... so I am stuck. Do you have any of these thin-clients and is there a way to reset them? Even if they are different the process might work.

Have you tried contacting either Boundless Technologies or the people who purchases the Capio line from them (Neoware) for tech support?
