PCI to PCI Standard Bridge driver crash

Hello!

This is my configuration:

Gigabyte P965 S3 F6 Bios
E6300 + Arctic Freezer 7 Pro
Geil DDR2 Ultra PC667 3-4-4-8
Asus 7600GT
LG GSA-10N DVD-RW
Maxtor Maxline II 250 GB S-ATA connected on Intel S-ATA connector
Standard Floppy
Creative Sound Blaster Mp3+ externalö
Windows XP SP2 Pro

When I try to install the Intel Inf chipset drivers using the setup, I get a BSOD, so I decided to install them manually. I can install everything, except the "PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge" which crashes the OS with the following error:

0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x85D6C5A8, 0x86D6C71C, 0x80604458)

Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

The system runs stable. However I have a few troubles:

Certain webcams have horizontal flickering on my PC, whereas on others not and when I connect a microphone to the soundcard I have a static noise as background. These are the problems I noticed so far.
