Thanks for bringing back the Sharpdesk demons. I thought I had exorcised them from my head.
I assume you've installed the network scanning tool, it can see the M455N, and other users can scan from that copier. If not, those are good places to start. Plus it gives me time to have a martini so I can forget anything else I ever knew about Sharpdesk.
