NetBackup 6.5 has the problem to detect the robot device
We have the Sun SL48 as the tape library and drives for our backup. Netbackup detected the tape drives and robot initially when we have installed it, but after sometimes it has problem with the vm database. Therefore we have re-installed the Netbackup. After the Netbackup has been re-installed, then it could not detect the robotic device. Does anyone know what could be the problem with it?
Any solution and comments are welcome.

The server has failed to boot into the normal mode after we have reconfigured the robot device with sg.conf file, therefore we have to fixed the problem to boot normally. After we have fixed the problem, then netbackup can detect the robot device successfully. I have no idea what was went wrong really at the beginning. Just to share this in this forum!
