The caps' solder points aren't that tiny and I do have a volt meter, but I don't think it would be worth it to go through quite that much trouble. I thought I might get a free motherboard with my purchase, but its no real loss, since it is a pretty old board.. Oh well, thanks anyway for your time! I have heard only good things about this site and they seem to have been true. I will stay a member!

Probably capacitors or voltage regulator module, are toasted.
Chances of reviving this mobo are not good, unless you are a mega electronichead.
You need major desolder/soldering skills, a really good volt/amp/ohm meter (oscilloscope is better), and an understanding of circuitry.
