Acer M460 Loses Network Card

I have had this happen at a couple of our site. The Network card vanishes from the machine. You dont see it in device manager and so far the only thing that works is if you unplug the power for about 5 minutes, it comes back. Some of these will work for a long time, then bam, the network card vanishes again. I havent tried to update the bios to the latest on yet, and I am wondering if the Intel EMT stuff is somehow messing with it. Has anyone else seen these problems? We have hundreds of Acers and it only seems to happen with the 460's.
