Yep, mous is not the issue. Tried 3 different ones and all work fine on other computers but act up when used on that one desktop.

Browse All TopicsI'm trying to help a friend who is having mouse issues on his desktop.
the mouse stays to the right hand side of the screen and every time he moves it to the left side it goes back to the right making the mouse unusable on his HP XP sp3 desktop. We tried PS2 and usb connection and both the same.
He said that he found a spyware (fake AV security warning) and cleaned it with combofix and malwarebytes.
We tried going to safe mode and still the same issue.
Any idea what we need to do to fix this?

have you tried unplug, replugging the mouse?
tried the mouse on a different computer?
