id eSata card
I have a eSATA card with no labels that can tell me what brand/model it is. I installed it on a Dell Precision 490 Windows 7 64 bit machine to try and identify. It shows up as "Mass Stroage Controller!" in devise manager
I also installed Belarc to try and identify, the report it gives is:
Controllers:
ATA Channel 0 [Controller] (2x)
ATA Channel 1 [Controller] (2x)
ATA Channel 2 [Controller]
ATA Channel 3 [Controller]
ATA Channel 4 [Controller]
Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial ATA Controller
Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller
Bus Adaptors:
Intel(R) 631xESB/6321ESB/3100 Chipset USB Universal Host Controller - 2688
Intel(R) 631xESB/6321ESB/3100 Chipset USB Universal Host Controller - 2689
Intel(R) 631xESB/6321ESB/3100 Chipset USB Universal Host Controller - 268A
Intel(R) 631xESB/6321ESB/3100 Chipset USB Universal Host Controller - 268B
Intel(R) 631xESB/6321ESB/3100 Chipset USB2 Enhanced Host Controller - 268C
The card is red and has 5 eSATA ext. connections using a PCI-X 64 bit slot
any suggestions

Did you try the normal Windows update option to check if there is a driver?
Right click device in Device manager and select Update Driver software - select to use the Online option and see if Microsoft have a driver for it...
I can't see anything on Silicon's site for that exact card...but since its a 3124 based card this is the closest driver I can find, might be worth a try if the first option doesn't work

Note extract that zip to a folder - then right click the device in Device manager like before - this time choose to update from local source and browse to the above unzipped folder and see if it likes it...
