Asked by aewhale in Sun Solaris, Sun Microsystems Desktop Computers, Computer Servers
I just configured a Solaris server (v. 9) which had issues with the network communications interfaces. Now I need to complete the installation.
I can ssh into the server now (whew what a relief!), but I cannot start a X based session with the server. I would like an X based windows session so that I can see the installation, pkgadd informationm network configurations .... other than using a strict CLI (Command Line Interface) approach.
Any suggestions what needs enabled, or added to the server?
