How to determine what size (lumens?) projector will display well to what size projector screen

I've been tasked with the setup of a ballroom that will hold 450 people.  During a site visit, the hotel rep recommended a 5000 projector for a 10x12 size projector screen.  Does this sound correct, and if so, is there some basic  formula to determine lumens to projector screen size?Start Free Trial
