I have a Kogi L7EH '17 Inch Monitor and im unable to find the driver for it. I upgraded the video card on the computer to 128MB and some of the areas on the monitor are blurry. The driver of the video card is loaded correctly, but the monitor is just Plug and Play monitor and I would like to load the correct driver. I went to the manufacture's site , but no luck.

That IS the correct driver for this display. The only information windows needs to work with a display is the sync type, horizontal frequency range, and vertical frequency range. Everything else can be calculated. This information can be transfered using the Plug and Play protocol. Some manufacturers have drivers, but many do not, especially generic display makers.

Kogi appears to be no longer in business, however you can find their official statement of the fact that they do not have special drivers by reading item 9 of their FAQ. Get to it by using Google Cache or archive.org:
