right click on the desktop and do properties.
If you don't see the display properties window, then type Alt+Space and then hit the M key. Use your arrow keys to move the display properties from the non-existent monitor over to the one that is working. You can set all of your display properties from there and get things back up on the first screen.

do right click on desktop and can you see any grapics display option
if not go to control panel from start menu click on display and then select the tab setting then select from the dropdown list default this shoul work
