Secure VGA cable in VGA connection on laptop to stop it falling out

How would i secure a VGA cable in place in the VGA connection on a laptop to stop the cable falling out all the time?

Normally there are screws on the plug which you use to secure it to the PC to. These can be easily used manually without needing a screwdriver.
If the screws are loose you could tie some white tape used for plumbing on the screw and tighten it up.
Also try the suggestion by h4mi if there are no screws or copper studs on your port.

What make and model laptop are we dealing with here?
Did there used to be jack screws on either side of the port to secure VGA cable thumb screws to?
If these just became loose and got lost, you could replace them. It's possible from repeatedly attaching and detaching the VGA cable, they could come loos and get lost.
