where can i get the Microsoft Touch Pack ?

i have a Tablet pc that came with Windows Vista, i did not like it so i installed Windows XP Tablet pc edition 2005.
i use to have on windows vista many utillities from Microsoft it's called Microsoft Touch Pack.

Where can i download it ??? i can not find it anywhere.
