Treo 600 Touchscreen Problem,

Hey Experts, this is my first question at expert exchange...and here's my problem:

My Palm Treo 600's Touchscreen has suddenly stopped working...then it started working again, and the something happened this morning, it stopped working again...so i was wondering why was this happening? is there a DIY way of solving this problem, or is this the end of my Treo's touchscreen??? Plus am from Malaysia, and i got this Treo from the US as a present...please how can i solve this?
