For DRAC 5 you can change your password in Open Manage Server Management. However, if you have lost your password and need to reset to default, here is the detail step in addition of the above post:
Reboot a server. During POST to press Ctrl+E to open Remote Access Configuration Utility. LAN User Configuration item or Reset To Default. After reset, a login by default: root, password: calvin

Reboot the computer and take CTRL-E when prompted for the Remote Access Controller. You can change the password right there
