BlackBerry Enterprise Wireless Calendar Sync Problem

Greetings....

Server = BlackBerry Enterprise 4.1
Device = BlackBerry Perl

Problem:  When I add a new calendar item on the BlackBerry device, the item does not show up in Exchange, and I see this error in the logs on the BlackBerry Server:
