wireless calendar synchronization problem for single user

We have Blackberry Enterprise 4.1.3 editoin. Few users are facing problems with wireless calendar synchronization i.e any event in outlook is available on blackberry 8800 device but any event created on blackberry 8800 devices is not getting synchronized with outlook.
i found following error in the event viewer "CDOCalendar::~CDOCalendar() - Exception handled".
Also the CDO version on our exchange server 2003 sp2 server is 6.5.7638.2 and mapi32.dll version is 6.5.7638.1.
On our blackberry server the version of cdo.dll and mapi32.dll is 6.5.6944.0.

Any help will be appreciated
