Blackberry intermittent connectivity

I believe I know how to resolve the issue but want clarification.

Issue:  Intermittent blackberry service

Setup:  Exchange 5.5, BES 4.1.3 (w/exchange 5.5 admin pack installed), SQL 2000

potential fix:  I know that the CDO.dll and MAPI32.dll files do not match and need to.  My question in this regards is I do not believe that when the Exchange 5.5 admin pack was installed that it was updated w/ the latest service pack.  Should that have been installed?  and if that is installed will it also install the proper CDO.dll and MAPI32.dll files?Start Free Trial
