Too Much Mail for a Blackberry

Hi

I am having an issue with our CEO's blackberry, basically he has a 5GB mailbox and insists he needs access to this at all times, this is generally fine however it seems his BB fills up and starts deleteing new messages (old I would understand) we have swapped out devices(other BB's) and it behaves the same.

he is also big on saved messages, thiis problem will go away once RIM releases a product with more than 64MB of storage.

I am looking at a HTC solutions.

We are using Exchange 2003 SP2.

If any one has any ideas I would be appreciated.
