Hello Everyone - I kind of have an urgent PITA to deal with. I'm using Blackberry Enterprise Small Business Edition... blackberry manager 4.1.4.15..  exchange 2003... and sql server 2005 doing the database stuff... BES is on a virtual server... it has been working fine since october (with exception to the calendar sync issue)..  I originally installed BES using our domain admin account as the account to serve all the blackberry functions... apparently everything was working fine but the calendar wasn't syncing both ways... it was only syncing from the user's outlook calendar to the device, and not from the device to exchange server... SO... I was digging around and found in Blackberry's Knowledge Base Articles # KB02276, KB05270, and KB04293... I followed all the directions from KB04293 now nothing is working...

I tried clearing out a blackberry and redoing enterprise activation and the blackberry just sits there... I got an e-mail from network@etp1105.etp.na.blackberry.net with a lot of gobbledegook... so apparently it's trying to do something but it's not registering with the server..

help!! thanks!Start Free Trial
