Hi, Experts

Here at work I have a BES server setup feeding from Exchange. The BlackBerry manager software is version 4.1.4.15 and some people can open Office 2007 attachments from their Blackberrys while others cannot. One of the ones that cannot is one of our VPs his BlackBerry model is 8830 world edition. Another weird thing is my Blackberry is model 8703e and I cannot open office 2007 attachments either. The odd thing is a guy who sits right next to me with the same model of BlackBerry (model 8703e) can open office 2007 attachments on this BlackBerry fine. I have done quite a bit of research on this problem and all Im reading is that this was supposed to be fixed when you update the BES server to version 4.1 SP4 and thats what we have. I also have read some people are already using 4.1 SP5 but I dont see it available for download? Any help on this would be very much appreciated as we have some high executives effected by thins and need a fix ASAP.
